My wife and I bought a piece of fish and some scallops from here. The fish was paper thin and the scallops were very small. While it tasted OK it was not good value for money.
A vast range of dishes left a bewildering choice of combinations. Settling on takeaway F&C we took them back to our balcony to enjoy with a bottle of Pinot Gris. The wine was much better than the fish & chips.
Ordered takeaway fish and chips and a burger. All very good although the burger would be excellent if they used a tastier roll. Not sure about the other places in Lorne for takeaway fish n chips....but they would have to be excellent to beat this...More
Every time we go to Lorne we always have fish & chips on the beach . This fish & chips are so alway fresh and delicious . A bit expensive but worth it we feed a family of 5 for around $40-$50.

The food was actually quite tasty and the portions were huge but the service was not good. Grumpy staff, including who gave me an impressively disdainful look when i pointed our an error in my order, would probably avoid in the future
