The food was amazing quality all cooked in camp ovens on hot coals, although the meats were unusual they were in sausage rolls, sausages etc so even timid eaters would enjoy them. Second helpings were encouraged and activities like billy swinging, lots of fun. The...More

Thanks, always good to have our locals come to dine, and have a fun night. Yes the sit round the fire would be great but very hard to manage with the danger factor and public liability, especially when you get a large group, and kids!...More

We loved our night with Marksie. Fantastic food that was cooked to perfection with an interesting native herb twist all in a beautiful setting. Great yarns and the kids loved the billy spinning competition. We highly recommend this as a great family night.

Marksie and his excellent managers put on a great night. They work all day to cook up real camp food, served under the stars by a nice fire. The knowledge Marksie has of camp food and his hard earned knowledge of Aboriginal spices and foods...More

Thoroughly enjoyed all the different flavours of the entree and main course, using bush tucker herbs. The damper was cooked to perfection. Marksie is a good entertainer. Recommend a night out here.

Great experience. Great food, great stories, good bloke. We got a great insight into a bit of aboriginal culture and cuisine amalgamated with Anglo-Australian favourites.

We had a fantastic night enjoying authentic Aussie Tucker (a fusion of traditional Aboriginal flavours with western diet) Fare included crocodile/ beef/ camel/ barramundi/ as well as traditional vegetables and lots of Aussie bush spices.
