Wow. Albsolutely fantastic. The curried scolip pie was very nice but cost $9. I loved the satay chicken pie $6.50. I had thought the pies at Georgetown bakery ( near St Vincent De Paul) was excellent but these even surpassed that one. Take pies are bigger than normal with the best ever pastry. You can eat in or takeway. No... More

As English pie fans we found the scallop pies delicious. Our Australian companions declared them the best scallop pies they ever tasted

Delicious pies. Reasonably priced: $6.90 for a massive pie. Quick and friendly service. Sauce and condiment options. Very happy to have a quick and delicious lunch here. Lot of pie flavour options. We had the Guinness pie and the steak and caramelised onion pie. Well worth the very short trip across Launceston- took us 7 minutes to drive, free parking... More

Best place in Launceston to go for the best pies. All pies and other pastries are quite a reasonable size and it's also a great place to sit and enjoy your food

What a surprise to walk into this little shop and see the variety of pies on offer! fresh, hot and delicious. I had my old favourite, a steak and mushroom pie. Chock-a-block full of mushrooms and chunky steak. Complimentary condiments are available on the side if you wish to add to the fantastic flavours of the pies. My daughter had... More

I'm not keen on pies, however this was a great surprise, delicious pies, good selection, fresh. So far the best pie ever! Really happy with the meal and I must come back again!

Studying here in University of Tasmania, Launceston, I do come here once in a while as a treat from cooking when I'm tired. Not far from the city centre and has its own parking behind, never full. For under $7, this is a good deserved meal made from the heart of the baker. It is decently priced, pies are quite... More

The scallop mornay and cherry pies were amazing! The plain meat was supposed to be awesome too. Well worth going to and we'll definitely be back.

Good staff, very kind. The pies were very big and the taste was good. 6.90 dollars each was a right price, I think. Unfortunately, there weren't every kind of pies written on the menu.

Everything in our pies is made in our kitchen, from the stock we use in the fillings to the pastry. We cook all our fillings using real meats, chicken breast, steak, legs of lamb and Tassie Scallops when available. Our pies are cooked fresh daily on premises. Family pies are also available.
