This is a tiny little place that is very quaint, and cute and quite dark as well. we had a 30 minute wait for a table but that was okay we went for a walk etc before returning to find our table almost ready. Please note this restaurant is not very large so large groups would struggle to fit- they... More

The pizza and garlic bread are just amazing! Its a very cosy and warm place for dinner. The tables cannot fit more than a few people. Not good for large groups of 10 or more. Its cramped but the atmosphere is amazing.

Love this little place. It is hidden away in a lane and fills up quickly. They don't take bookings either. Open from midday. Mainly pizza, soup, spaghetti. I could have a great gluten free pizza and one day I had the soup but another day couldn't as it had wheat flour thickening. They serve a sensational garlic cob bread with... More

With a name like the Cow you expect beef. Nope, a pasta place. Very rustic, cozy and down an almost alleyway. The food is good, but the atmosphere is fun and that makes it a good place to eat too.

Definitely order a garlic bread during your meal - they are delicious. Cosy, warm and staff are friendly.

Enjoyed a great spaghetti bolognese here today and a nice glass of Pinot Gris. Quick, efficient and friendly service. This place is small and a little dark but has a quirky atmosphere that we enjoyed. Reasonably priced so good value for money.

The cow serves up great pizza and pasta meals. The atmosphere is lovely, so cosy! We loved the garlic bread, so yum but also huge! The pizza Her Majesty was very tasty! The chicken pasta was also nice.

We arrived as a couple on a weekend night, we were asked to share a very small table with two other people, it was awkward, we normally dont mind sharing tables, but the tables need to be a good size, this was barely big enough for the couple, unfortunately we didn't order as it was far too awkward

Atmosphere was excellent. Like stepping back into a country hut. Warm and cozy with great food and cold beer. We had the garlic bread.... Amazing! And the pizza and pasta was also delish. Doggy bags are encouraged as the meals are more than adequate. We were recommended this by a friend and stumbled onto it by accident but so glad... More
