I had the shrimp salad which was delicious, my brother-in-law had the fish & chips which he liked. My sister and I ordered Potato Leek Soup, what we got was barely lukewarm Cream of Broccoli soup. We mentioned it to the wait staff, they said they would check on it, but never back. It is our fault that we just... More

Went to have lunch in a rainy day, quickly searched on TA and found this one. Not disappointed at all, really nice deco and good food with big portion! the beer was a bit pricy comparing to Hong Kong but good.

Great little place in an old police station. The name of the restaurant sort of gives away as to what it's history was. As we waited for our food the bar staff helped pick out some excellent beers. Very friendly and helpful. We each ordered the burger with fries and neither of us could finish them. The food was excellent.... More

This is standard pub food and drinks. The meals are big. Unfortunately the evening we visited the service from the kitchen was so slow. Having said this the management knew this and without prompting from us they offered us free dessert. Rather tempting but the meal was so big we could not eat dessert. Historic pub worth a look.

Visited with a family group over Easter Weekend. Kid's meals were very generous, they all loved the curly fries. Good selection from the adult menu as well, burgers were huge! Very pleased we went early as there were long queues when we left. Obviously a very popular place & we can see why. Great family dining

For what you get not at all worth it. Go to eat street get better value. Don't let it give you a bad impression of rotorua

Not worth it? Are you referring to the food? Drinks perhaps? Most of our reviews talk about big meals so we doubt this review refers to the food but without more detail it is impossible to guess. Go to Eat St? There are 16 restaurants in Eat St. Some might offer better value - depends what you are after. Four... More
