The coffee beans come from Seven Seeds (I think), and the flat whites that are served are awesome. This is primarily a coffee place so you won't get much food apart from the odd pastry or two.

Competent coffee tucked away in a little hole-in-the-wall shop. Competent baked goods to go with it. Furniture hanging from the ceiling. Jam packed body-to-body after lunch. Why? I wasn't able to discern.

Have been frequenting this place since 2010 and this place has put out a bad cup only once - when the beans were quite obviously over-roasted. Otherwise this is quite easily the best espresso- and milk-based coffee in Melbourne. Others give it a close run...More

Ordered a latte and even managed to grab a seat. The place is tiny. Coffee is excellent, their art great. The staff were also hugely accommodating and friendly. A must-visit if in Melbourne

Terrific atmosphere and tasty food. A while back, I ordered flat white and it was delicious Also, I would recommend their croissant. My visit here was delightful. I definitely will visit again.

A modest cafe on Lt Bourke St, indeed modest is being generous. It's tiny! The decor of chairs mounted on the ceiling suggests when ordering seats, they overestimated the size of the premises. The result is a bit crowded with a long line out onto...More

Set in a little street off Elizabeth Street in Melbourne CBD this tiny cafe is a hidden jewel. Decoration is a bit quirky with a collection of old wooden chairs filling all of the ceiling and a small communal table close to the window. Very...More

Every time I visit melbourne I make sure to stop in here for a coffee even though it's a fair way from where I stay. The coffee is always good and it's nice to see latte art with soy. Cya next time I'm in melbs.

Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways
tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary
feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the
city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques,
throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You
never quite know what you’ll find around the next
corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and
even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air
