We stopped in for lunch and this place filled up fast. We stuck with tapas and were not disappointed. We had the croqueta on the menu as well as the special one of the day - both amazing but loved the one on the menu...More

We stopped in here our first night in town and would definitely recommend it if you like tapas and cocktails. We had a great seat in the bar area watching people go down the alley full of street art.

Yummy food. Knowledgeable staff. Good atmosphere. Well priced considering quality of food. Ask the waiter for suggestions and you won't go wrong.

Movida bar de Tapas remains a fantastic place to enjoy exquisite Tapas in a friendly enjoyable environment. We popped in just on spec...all tables taken but managed two seats at the bar which provides the right atmosphere for Tapas.

Fantastic food! Worth every penny! Highly recommended. (Do not understand the picture, as it looks nothing like the food.) Went to the original location down the graffitied alley (Not "Next Door").

Was recommended to Movida, The décor was tired. Two of the chairs at our table had to be replaced. The quality of the food was poor and overpriced for what was served.

For my friend's birthday trip to Melbourne, we'd wanted to go somewhere funky, but primarily, with good food. The four of us heading out have all recently come over from Europe and my other half lived in Mallorca for many years, so we were super...More

Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways
tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary
feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the

throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You
never quite know what you’ll find around the next
corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and
even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air

Hi, as the other travellers have said the menu changes regularly. Best to go online close to the time you book a table and check. Better still, call and talk to the helpful and friendly staff.

When we opened the doors to MoVida in Hosier lane, Melbourne in 2003 no one knew what to expect. Here was this little bar on a graffiti covered cobbled lane near the

cathedral serving Spanish tapas and shared plates in a down lit room playing funky tunes.

It's the kind of place you can come in for a beer and a jamon croquetta at the bar and then move across to a table and share a plate of slow

braised lamb, some patatas a lo pobre and down some seriously good Spanish red wine.
