No reservation but as we were early we were able to secure a table tucked away in a quiet corner - good for conversation. A glass of wine each and a simple mains - well they seemed simple but were just delicious and very filling....More

Love Cicciolina been coming here since it first opened and although it might be six months between visits it never fails to disappoint with beautiful innovative quality food and excellent caring staff - also a gorgeous little intimate Backbar where you can hang and have...More

My husband and I have been a few times, and it never disappoints. Started with the Cauliflower soup, with a parmesan and sage crouton, which was to die for. Finished with the rib eye which was cooked to perfection, with a potato gratin, with a...More

After a 2 year assignment in Melbourne, we had our favorite haunts to revisit on our recent vacation. Cicciolina in Saint Kilda was near the top of our places to revisit. The food was the first draw, but the people even topped that. Two of...More

On a trip from the UK, this was recommended to me today as I didn’t have plans. Great atmosphere and beautifully cooked food, fresh and very quick to the table. Highly attentive staff. You can’t book for the evenings but they are very accommodating.

Ciccionla never fails to deliver, I guess that is why you cannot book. Need to get there early for a table as it fills up quickly. Tasty, authentic Italian food delivered with great, no fuss service. We will always go back as consistency is the...More

This hidden restaurant and bar - down an alley - is very popular for good reason. The staff were attentive, efficient and know their craft. The food was fabulous - all five of us were very happy with our meals - scrumptious! It was very...More

Absolutely the best Italian for lunch in St Kilda. The spaghetti Vongole and blue swimmer crab soufflé are to die for. The restaurant is small and can feel cramped when full, but its worth it for the food and service

St. Kilda
St. Kilda is an iconic beachside suburb and one of the
most culturally and economically diverse of
Melbourne’s neighbourhoods. It is a traditional haven
for musicians, artists and writers, drawn to the
European ambience and fresh ocean breezes. At night,
it can have an edgier side, but by day, it features a
relaxed vibe – the market stalls, boutiques and
outdoor bars display St. Kilda’s easygoing attitude.
