Love this place. It would be dangerous to live close by for me and my wife. I'm sure we would shop in the Wet Market and Fruit & Veggie section very regularly and eat our way round the food stalls.

If you want to see local products at economical pricing in Melbourne, there is no better place than Queen Victoria Market. The fruits there are cheap and fresh. Other products also very effort able and wide varies to choose from.

Usually you have to arrive 3 hrs before your flight departure time. Best bet would be to check details with the airline you’re flying with

As I understand it the Victoria Market will be open on the 24th however if it is; it will possibly be the busiest place in Melbourne!
