Great Pizza but then it gets a bit lost. Not our first time at DOC Carlton The pizza is good, very good. Specials are always great. It's noisy, it's busy, it has surly staff and the wine list is terrible. The wine list is limited...More

Sunday Lunch was the plan for DOC. We caught the tram up from the city and a short walk later we arrived at DOC. We knew the Restaurant would be busy and as you cannot book ahead we got there early. We were greeted and...More

Living in New York and having frequently travelled in Italy, I have high standards for pizza. D.O.C. is up there among the best I have had. Located in the Little Italy section of Melbourne, D.O.C. offers astonishingly good pizza, salads and other related menu choices....More

My boyfriend and I visited DOC this evening and I almost couldn’t wait to write this review. These pizzas were outstanding and so traditionally authentic that we haven’t really stopped talking about them. The DOC mozzarella is 2nd to none and the overall cost of...More

We had to wait for a table for about 20 minutes but it was totally worth it - we kept it simple and had the mozzarella pizza and mushroom pizza. Truly was the best pizza we've both ever had. Flavour was incredible. Busy, bustling place...More

Have been here on numerous occasions and never changes, the pizzas are the best around, staff are excellent. Service is first class considering how busy this place gets.

Busy little place with choice of outdoor street dining or inside. Monday night's was packed with a wait of 15 minutes. The pizza choices were simple with options to choose extra cheese toppings from around the world. The service was quick and friendly. An Italian...More

My partner and I shared one Spec pizza and a spinach salad. Both were delicious. The pizza did not hold it's heat and got cold very quickly. I didn't read the menu carefully, otherwise I would have noticed that this pizza has no tomato sauce....More

If you want real parmesan, cut from the block, grated
over your pasta with a twist of style, this is the
place. Until recently, this neighbourhood was home to
the notorious ‘Carlton Crew,’ a pseudo mafia who
started their day with a local espresso. They are
gone, but the espresso still runs strong in this
Little Italy which has something for everyone.
