Amazing breakfast brunch etc I highly recommend the casual meals area. Great coffee, fresh chef made meals at good prices and quick service and all weather indoor outdoor verandah options etc

We had late morning coffee here with a lot of locals. It is pleasant to linger outside in the shade - the outdoor area is in a side road a little away from the intersection which was appreciated. The coffee was good and bottles of table water were available. There was no pressure to move on after finishing our coffee... More

Calamari was rubbery, medium rare steak cooked to well done,, chicken schnitzel tough and not the nicest. Fries were cooked to perfect. Salad consisted of just lettuce. If you wanted proper salad you have to pay an extra $9.00. We were thoroughly disapointed.

My daughter and I had breakfast here and it was good but nothing special. They did cater for gluten free diets which was great though. It was a little on the expensive side. I didn't love the service but it wasn't all bad.

We turned up impromptu: 9 of us at lunchtime with no booking in the more formal restaurant; we were a restauranteur's nightmare. But we were greeted with smiles and can-do attitudes, and found ourselves seated at the back table and had an absolute feast. Being a born-again Bogan/Chav, I like seafood sauce (AKA 1000 island dressing) on my oysters. But... More

It's still a great place to visit , grand pub, meals are still very good and comes quickly , however pick your times and don't even try to sit outside on a very hot day ! evenings are very good atmosphere and more relaxed than the day with meals. very busy but worth it !

I recently took my wife to the formal restaurant for her birthday dinner. The service was impeccable. Highly professional and attentive without being intrusive. The meals were wonderful. We've eaten here before and will certainly eat here again. I thoroughly recommend the restaurant for a special occasion.

Sorry but the place is dropping off, I have had a few meals here over the years and have been following Tim & Andrew (Proprietors) since the Oxford. Had some great meals but the last was lacking, food was good but not great, service was adequate! Always a pace setter but falling back to third I reckon?

We ate in the casual dining area, which was architecturally interesting and had an indoor-outdoor feel. I was so impressed by my broccoli and beetroot salad that I decided to up the ante and eat in the restaurant a couple of nights later. I loved the design there too. We ordered all the specials: oysters, barramundi and steak, with a... More
