The food was ok, we had the seafood and the risotto. The bead was dry and tasteless. The service was uncomfortable as it was too quick between meals and the bills was put on our table immediately after taking our dinner plates away even though...we still had half a bottle of wine to get through. The restaurant was not full but we felt that everything was rushed to get us to spend as much money as they could get out of us in the shortest period. Its ashame there isn't many restaurants to pick from on Hamilton Island and most are overpriced we assume due to lack of competition.More

Have been on the waiting list for a week, never got a call back. No wonder as most good restaurants were closed.

After finding that unless we wanted the pub or a takeaway, there were no good dining experiences open on Hamilton Island. Thank heavens we found Romanos. Although both nights were fully booked, we were offered a lounge in the bar area with a limited menu....The food was outstanding and so was the service. Highly recommend.More

The food and service here were both impeccable. We were a party of four friends, all our meals were delicious.

Visited Romano's this week. What can I say? Everything was perfect. My Mum and I had the antipasto for entree and Tagliatelle for main with crab and prawn. We could not fit in dessert. Ambience fabulous. Service exceptional. The only negative is you need to...book before you leave on your holiday. We got the 830pm sitting but they fit us in earlier.More
