By staying at Whitsunday apartments you receive a discount on the entry ticket. I purchased a multi-vist pass and one day went at feeding time. Met Lucy the paddymelon and she accepted some carrots from me, quite friendly for a paddymelon. By now they should...have the new dingo pups, when i went they had 2 older specimen waiting for a well deserved retirement. The croc is awesome and the white cockatoo talks back to you.More

The Koalas looked pretty relaxed and enjoyed their gum leaves while we had a lovely breaky with eggs cooked to order!

Bit of a let down, only had a small amount of animals (understandable being on an island). Prices to hold a Koala and pat a dingo were excessive. Breakfast watching a Koala was also over-priced.

This place was one of our breakfast venues from the Reef Hotel. The buffet breakfast was average but the setting and idea of eating breakfast whilst looking at a koala chomping on gum leaves was amazing.

A somewhat different place to have breakfast. You can just have breakfast, with a view of a sleepy Koala. If you are more ambitious, you can take a photo cuddling a Koala (additional fee), or after break fast you can take a tour of the...small wildlive zoo (additional fee). By now you got the business concept. But it all is quite harmless and friendly and I recommend it.More

Understandably smaller than many other wildlife parks on the mainland but up to now, it was the closest view we got of a saltwater croc with resident Mac just inches away from you behind the glass. Feeding time tour is interesting and usually only a...few guests so if you have kids they get to ask all the questions they want to the friendly and knowledgable rangers. You can get a day pass to visit as many times as you want or even a pass to cover your whole stay at Hamilton Island. They have a koala breakfast option but that is basically having a very standard breakfast with some koalas around you on their eucalyptus perches.More

Smaller range in the buffet than the Reef View Hotel, but had everything we needed anyway. Staff made omelettes on request. A number of koalas are in the area to view while eating breakfast, and a number of birds came in as well. We saw...a kookaburra fly to a table (while people were seated at it) and took a piece of bacon from a boy’s plate! A few chuckles and wow’s in the place. Food was ok. No problems eating there, just watch your plates!More

I was expecting alot more from the Wild Life place. Very small, could walk around it in 5 minutes and for $21.00 per person definately not worth the price

A great way to enjoy breakfast as well as get first hand experience with a Koala. My wife wanted a picture to go with the pictures we had taken with outr kids nearly 15 years ago,

I guess if you have never seen any form of Australian wildlife, this would be moderately exciting. OK for young kiddies and Japanese tourists on a 48 hour trip.
