Really nice pizzas BUT ! What really disappoints is the lack of toppings. I got charged extra $3 for capsicum. And got just a few pieces of diced capsicum, probably less the 10c worth ! The pizzas here are good if a little expensive. Please...if you are going to charge so much, please provide sufficient toppings of everything. Ill try again to see if they improve. If they do I’ll keep returning, otherwise I’ll find somewhere else.More
This is a good value suburban restaurant. Pizza was excellent. The cannelloni was undercooked. Lasagna was delicious. Staff were very friendly. Service was good. Busy with all the takeaways. Pleasant night
Got takeaway Pizza's (Italian Supreme & Tropical Delight) before Christmas just to see if things may have improved....nah!....1/2 the amount of toppings than there used to be (see review below) & more expensive (which you don't mind if the quality is there!).
Its dissapointing but...we'll drive past from now on. PS Little Thai cafe just next door is a thumbs up for us!More
Pizza Napoli Brisbane is our local Pizza place. We have enjoyed the quality meals & service for the last 10+ years in their current location & previous to that, when Pizza Napoli were in Alderley under previous owners. As regulars we are talking pizza/pasta at...the very minimum every alternate Friday night. Creatures of habit.... absolutely. (when your on a good thing stick to it!)
However,we guess its a case that all good things must come to an end.
In the last 3-4 months, we have noticed that the Pizza quality has suffered eg toppings are inconsistent between 1 week & the next, toppings are thinning out, gluten free pizzas have burnt bases etc etc. As regulars, we felt the need to raise these issues with the new owners on a couple of occasions & while they were understanding & apologetic, we unfortunately have not seen any improvements.
As much as it disappoints & saddens us (I romanced my wife of 20 years at Pizza Napoli Alderley & our kids have grown up with Napoli's "tropical delight", so this establishment has been almost part of our family!), we have found it necessary to look elsewhere for our local Friday night pizza.More
