I popped in here late one night on my way home from the Sydney Festival and ordered the Baby Doll sauvignon blanc which paired extremely well with the Panang Curry. It's a red curry with green pepper, snow peas, broccoli, and beans. I had the chicken. I licked every drop out of my bowl. I passed on the rice and... More

We ate in the outdoor area at the back for a quick meal before the theatre. The courtyard is not as nice as the interior of the restaurant but it was lovely on a summer's evening. The food was freshly prepared with a good selection of standard Thai dishes. We chose the Massaman curry with slow cooked lamb shanks -... More

Reasonable prices in a nice atmosphere! I got the pad Thai and liked it quite a bit even having just been in Thailand. My friend got the massamun curry and also enjoyed it! The server was sweet and willing to help us as we had just arrived in Australia and were getting used to everything :)

Got taken here by friends last month and loved it. Went back last night, this place is fantastic. Indoor dining and also a large outdoor area at the rear. Great sitting outside on a nice night. Food is outstanding. Great variety, fresh and tasty. Fish cakes and duck rolls were stand out entrees. Crying tiger beef and lamb shanks were... More

Visited this restaurant with friends last week. Lovely staff. Attentive and welcoming. The food was delicious and pricing was very reasonable. Try the Ginger Barramundi or the Massamun Beef curry. Yumm! I just can't wait to go back to Newtown so we can visit this fabulous restaurant again.

Seriously. Outstanding. I don't refer you o food menus of the like but on everything that they offer. But this also includes my very rusty Thai language. Any traveller that's in the are, do yourself a favour, yet in there for a quick easy meal

Average sums it up, nothing bad nor nothing special. Usual array of Thai food served with plenty of rice.

Visited Thai Riffic on the recommendation of friends and had a lovely meal. The food was great (particularly the Crying Tiger), the service prompt and friendly, and the total cost for 4 people a very reasonable $120 for entrées, mains and corkage. I'd definitely return if I were ever in the area again.

This is quite a nice little place ... cool tunes, comfy armchairs (but too low for the tables) Service is friendly but haphazard ... had to continually ask for my next glass of wine ... but ... the food is delicious!! Try #43 red curry paste prawns (or whatever) and green beans, with coriander, kaffir lime, green peppercorn, ginger, chilli,... More
