They prefer you to book but being a solo diner I took the chance. They were very accommodating and positioned my near the window providing a great view of the bridge and harbour. Food was very good, beefsteak was my choice and didn't disappoint. Service...More

If you are looking for a special place to go for dinner with beautiful views over the harbour, look no further. Food is always great, service is first rate and the CS espresso martini is an interesting twist on a classic.

Dinner was delicious with staff professional, personable and efficient. Ambient noise was acceptable. My only beef was being asked to leave or go to the bar as there was someone waiting for the table at 8:30pm. I was told that we would need to be...More

We were there to celebrate a few things including my husband's birthday. The very friendly staff decorated the dessert we ordered with 'Happy Birthday" on it and brought it to the table with a candle. Twilight views of the bridge were beautiful. It could be...More

We've dined numerous times and are generally happy with all that Cafe Sydney has to offer in terms of food, wine list, service and location except ........ yesterday the service was negligent, almost as though we were invisible. Asking for sparkling mineral water and tap...More

the ambience is great here, the views spectacular from many tables, service and waiting staff excellent HOWEVER the servings portions are very light considering the prices charged for them and also the exorbitant prices for alcohol

Warm night in Sydney, nothing better to catch a table on the deck at cafe Sydney. Great views of course, with exceptional food (sea food platter to share) and very efficient friendly service. If can score a reservation (book in advance) well worth a visit...More

Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with
energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise
buildings and after-work drink places, high-end
shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners
frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a
dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit
the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle,
reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens
