Walked in without a booking yesterday at 12:30 - manager happily found us a seat in an otherwise busy restaurant. Service was wonderful, very friendly, not rushed. Place is a lot of fun, a bit noisy, but not intrusive. Inside is much better than out with all the goings on in the restaurant. Food was really superb. Had pecorino romano... More

I was recently in Sydney and dined twice at this elegant establishment. The staff, service and food were perfection. Welcoming, very friendly and most helpful,on the occasion that I was with my friend with a young baby. I cannot imagine a Sydney visit without at least one meal at Bambini Trust.

Could not ask for better service, food, or atmosphere. Perfect for a meal with loved ones, or good friends. I was in town and went with 2 of my friends from Sydney and we had a great evening catching up with each other, while having a great meal and service when we needed it, but without needless interruption.

I was presenting a workshop to Travel Agents at the Sheraton next door and had a spare hour in advance, so wandered into this fascinating old bar. It was the Bambini Trust. I was greeted and said I was just browsing, so was invited in to the bar. From there my curiosity grew and I looked at the List and... More

Had not been for years staying at the Sheraton next door. Absolutely excellent food busy but service good. The kingfish crudo and the zucchini flowers were amazing. Super wine list.

It's not cheap, but the food is always full flavoured, the staff attentive and the venue beautiful. Would suit everything from a business lunch to romantic dinner. I accidentally booked for 2 people instead of 4 on a busy Saturday night through Dimmi and within minutes they'd re-configured a table for us. When we booked, we were told the table... More

I loved Bambini Trust... It has excellent service good food and a fantastic atmosphere. It's not to noisy, the tables aren't to close to each other and best of all the staff don't interrupt you when you're in mid conversation! I had the ink squid with crab, it was stunning. We let them recommend the wine and it was spot... More

Service was efficient, food was delish and the ambience and feel of the place is just great. 3 of us all ordered a different style of seafood and each meal was superb. I put this on my highly recommended to must visit.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
