Even on a warm winters day, with crystal blue skies and a pleasant Sunday throng of locals and tourist, there's nought to beat a cuppa. And the Rocks Cafe delivers it perfectly; unhurried, simple, a bit of class.....to match the fine day.

We had a good dinner here last week. Nice menu, friendly service. FAST delivery. Good quality food-- burger and fish n chips. The pecan pie was amazing as well. Great location.

We had brunch at The Rocks Cafe and enjoyed the wonderful vista of George St and the Harbour Bridge. However, the food was a disappointment: the coffee was luke warm and weak, the 'organic fruit toast' hardly organic, dry and over-toasted! They can definitely do...More

Stopped here along a walk around The Rocks, enticed by a display of some lovely cakes in the window. Took a slice of a Carrot & Pineapple cake with a coffee and was not disappointed, tasty, moist, quite enjoyable.

We were staying in a nearby hotel, and went here for an evening meal On the recommendation of the concierge. My wife had the sea trout, and I had the Osso Bucco. Both were delicious. Recommended.

Camden Cottage, which was built in 1816. Taste a “midi

Description
The rocks cafe The Rocks Cafe is one of The Rocks' favourite icons. It offers a truly European dining experience just opposite the MCA on George Street. The Cafe spans two floors and combines the best of modern Australian architecture with a traditional bohemian feel that adds genuine warmth which is echoed by the friendly staff. The Cafe is open seven days a week from 8am to late at night so you can enjoy the breakfast, lunch or dinner. The menus are updated regularly and are complimented by the daily specials where our Chief Chef exercises his flair. Just around the corner from Circular Quay it's very central to the CBD and the financial district for lunch or after work dinner with friends or colleagues. The Rocks Cafe is the perfect for an intimate meal or large corporate bookings can be hosted upstairs and made private if required.
