Banquet was v good in terms of combinations and tapas surprises, certainly not in the same league as Spain but nevertheless quite interesting gastronomically. The drinks bill was over $400 so a sting in that. Waitresses very efficient but alas no smiles on the night. Music v loud rock Led Zepplin anyone??

This is my second time to this restaurant and I was not disappointed. The olives and bread were delicious, the crispy duck and 12 hr cooked lamb were wonderful. The mix of flavours were subtle and surprisingly good. The wine was morish but best of all was the chocolate tart with praline cream - it was a true taste sensation.... More

Came here for dinner and we ordered the banquet which was $65 a head. I don't mind payment the money but as long as it's worth it and you get food. I felt like we didn't get much food at all, we had few entree bite size pieces and the main meal was only two dishes, a lamb one and... More

No complaints about the food which was very nice but expensive....in fact looked at all the restaurants in tramshed and found the same. I put this down to high rents and the desire to recoup the fitout costs ASAP. The staff in bogega were fine especially the only waitress without tatoos. The tramshed is great particularly for the locals with... More

Went to Bodega at the Tram Shed What a shame that the front of house staff let down the great quality fresh and interesting menu . Pretentious staff and very average service, so won't be going back as there are too many other restaurants doing great food and are happy to provide good hospitable service without making you feel like... We enjoyed our meal. The music was good although the atmos was overall very busy, a bit like a Foodcourt. Attentive staff. Great food. But really. $90 a head and I left very hungry.

We (2 couples)have had a busy weekend visiting Sydney. Unfortunately, as interstate visitors, we never quite know where to dine so, after some last minute research, we were delighted to secure a booking (early sitting 6:00) at Bodega on Saturday evening. It was a FANTASTIC night. The Spanish food, which we elected to share, was absolutely delectable. We were tempted... More

- Food at this place was at best average (finger fish on toast was burned, the duck with scallops on chocolate sauce was very weird, steak tar tar with plantain chips had this weird thick orange sauce that just killed the dish, cod fish croquettes too salty) Their interpretation of European cuisine (Spanish tapas, French dishes) just did not work... This is a fun place for a group, with wow interior design and fantastic food. The tapas is generous and fantastic to share, and you can also go the classic main course if you like, along with some very tempting deserts. Coffee is excellent, the wine is mid-range but very good for the price.

Came here on a recent food trip to Sydney. Started off with a drink at Gardel's before dinner at Bodega. Wait staff were very friendly and helpful with both meal and wine choices. We shared a bottle of red, 6 meals and a dessert between two of us. Everything was great, especially the fish fingers and hot cross buns (sounded... More
