Lovely. Good service. Delightful presentation, good value, delicious teas and champagne and food. I would have liked more flowers around the place for the occasion as the venue is quite dark, but that is just being picky. Thanks Victoria Room.
Went here for 'High Tea' and wasn't disappointed. Not a cheap venue but that's to be expected in City. Service was good, food selection good & tasty. The building & decor is vintage and worth inspection
