In need of a snack and air conditioning we went the cafe which is half under cover and half on a terrace. Average food nicely presented and not cheap! Great view of the ship docked at the Overseas Passenger Terminal!! Nothing to recommend.

Not expensive. Indoor and outdoor seating. Order at the counter and your meals and drinks will be brought to you. Good coffee and light meals while gazing at the Harbour Bridge and the cruise ships anchored at Circular Quay. Easy to get there by train....More

The location is fantastic, with great views of the harbour, opera house etc. The coffee is pretty good, but I found the granola quite tasteless, with a lot of puffed rice. The muffin was okay, but nothing special.

Hi, no, you don't need to have a ticket to the museum to come to the MCA Cafe. We are on level 4 of the museum and are open from 10am - 4pm Monday to Sunday. Thursday nights we are open until 9pm. Hope to see you soon
