Such a great place, bring all my friends from out of town here and they love it. It's delicious and an experience! You get to watch them make the gelato witch liquid nitrogen which is super cool but you will stay for the gelato!

Love this place. No fancy decor, not an extensive menu, but everything they do is lush. My fave is the yuzu soda...heaven... Worthy of a queue up.

The menu here is limited but changed so often that you need to keep going back. They always have a vegan option or two meaning we can always take my sister. It is always busy there but is worth the wait. Especially as the icecream...More

Really expensive ice cream all for the sake of theatrics. Plating is interesting but at the end of the day it's all the same once it's in your tummy!

This place is very popular and the gelato is very tasty. Fun to watch them make it with their plastic science glasses and the huge amounts of nitrogen spilling around like dry ice. Good fun even if a little pricey.

This was a surprise find on our walk to Darling Harbour. The gelato was delicious and the experience unique. Highly recommended even if it is a bit expensive it is totally worth it.

I am a dessert buff, sweet tooth and weakness for good ice creams so keep that in mind. I had ferrero rocher ice cream and just loved it. Loved the extra chocolate icing in the syringe and healthy dose of toasted hazelnuts ... loved it...More

It's fun to watch them make your ice cream even though I've tried something similar before. I went to their store along Dixon St and ordered the Ferrero Reveal as I heard this was their signature flavor. Maybe it was the hype, but I was...More

We use liquid nitrogen to flash freeze gelato, right in front of your eyes. The result is a smooth, fresh-from-the-churner gelato sundae made just for you. We don't do skinny, fat free desserts. We are shamelessly indulgent and make no apologies..
