Enjoyed a lovely dinner at Kantine. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere was great and perfect for a catch up over a nice meal. The food was great too. I enjoyed the halhoumi with pineapple as a starter and steak for...More

Walked 30 minutes to get there due to good coffee reviews. On arrival staff friendly and plenty of seats available ( chose outside due to heat inside ). Wife chose salad and coffee - both good. I chose lamb ragout and a smoothie. They couldn't...More

We spent five days in Sydney around the corner from Kantine, which became out go-to restaurant. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there, as well as stopped by for wine or coffee. The food is excellent, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. Very fresh and healthy...More

Attentive friendly service, great food and a very good wine list. Campbell St is a little off the beaten track (of Crown and Bourke Streets) and this little gem was a real find. They had tables available for a pair of walk-ins, as well.

Went here with friends, they are regulars, while of course our service was excellent, other diners seemed to be well looked after. As a Christmas special we were provided with free canapés and sparking wine, the seafood was just so and I really enjoyed their...More

Am a bit bias as I live in Surry Hills and go here a lot. Menu changes regularly and the food is always great - slow-roast lamb is to die for!!! Staff are both uber-friendly and knowledgeable - if only every cafe in Surry Hills...More
