Its fast food. Its one of the better kind of fast food. But still fast food.In saying that I believe it was one of the first in Australia. I'd eat there over pizza any day

We had churros with choc dipping sauce! Really nice. Due to the churros being pre-made and frozen, they are not as good as fresh ones, however we still enjoyed them. The service was friendly and quick!

People are nice and the food is really good. Their guacamole is the best! I also liked the nachos with slow cooked beef.

Mad Mex is such a let down nowadays. The burritos lack any real flavour, need to be drowned in the hot sauce provided. The Churros is a joke.

I was very pleased with the food here. I was expecting something similar to Chipotle in the States, but found the food to be fresher and tastier as well as presented nicer. Heading back to SYD in a few months and will eat here again.

They entice you to come to their store with a Group on Voucher; you walk for 15 minutes order your food, you show them your voucher and they tell you their phone is dead! so they cant oblige the voucher!

Fantastic genuine Mexican, great service and environment. Fantastic burritos and Quesadilla, washed down with Negro Modello (hard to find Mexican beer). The full Mexican experience as cheap as.

Went on Saturday and had tasty burrito and Margarita for $21. Enjoyed everything except the woman making the burrito. She did not want to be there and was complacent. She looked like she was a funeral and it was contrary wise to the loud festive Mexican music. And no, it was not Dia de list muertos.

Thank Chris W

Neighbourhood Profile
Home of the small bar revolution in Sydney, Darlinghurst has more bars per capita than any other suburb. Themes range from American whiskey bars and 1950’s theme bars to hidden bars requiring secret passwords. Oxford Street is the "Gay Capital" of Australia, where gay and lesbian-friendly venues feature “diva shows” and dancing until the morning. Vintage lovers flock to Crown Street, and small designer boutiques can be found along Victoria and Bourke Streets. Dining in Darlinghurst is a gastronomic adventure. Food from all over the world is on the menu, from American ribs to tapas, sushi to gelato and every ethnicity in between.
