Staff are sooooo customer focused.

Visiting Canberra, and were there with a family group, including carnivores, vegans and paleos! The staff were very good at helping us keep everyone happily fed and watered with all our variable needs. Best of all, when it looked like some light drizzle might turn into something more, (we were sitting outside), the staff went out of their way to organise a table inside for us. Although the storm did not eventuate, the thought behind the gesture was much appreciated. The food and the coffee were good too! Thanks, Cate.

Amazing food, worth the price

Had brunch here on a Saturday. Friendly service, great coffee and delicious food. They offer a kids menu (plus) and a good variety of options for any dietary requirements (double plus). Expensive but worth the splurge.

A really nice lunch.

Six of us had lunch here. This has a very nice setting with seating both inside and out. Food is ordered at the counter and delivered to the table. I had the bacon and egg roll, which was very nice. The hot chocolate comes with three large marshmallows. The other food also looked nice too. Overall, a very nice place to meet up and have a feed.

Customer service needs improvement

Arrived just past midday to a crowded cafe with people standing near the door and hanging around the counter. No sense of order or sign or anything indicating whether people are waiting to pay or waiting for takeaways. Saw an empty table and walked over to it as no one was around to show us a table. Two minutes later a staff walks over and says there’s a 15 minute wait for tables and that this table is for someone else. Such a disappointment. I would expect a sign as you walk in to say wait to be seated or at least a staff explaining the same as you walk in. Definitely not a nice experience. Food was’t exceptional either. Over done French toast. Never returning to this cafe again.

Don’t order the chicken burger

The Ruby Tuesday Juice was excellent, the staff really friendly, but the chicken burger was inedible and the chips were more salt with a little potato rather than the other way round The chicken was encrusted with a dark spicy mixture that was excessively salty, it was also drowned in a dressing of some type. Which if it had a bit less than half the amount might have been nice, but after three bites I had had enough. Now I feel ill. Might go the salads next time .

Best French fries in Canberra

I know that's a big call... But I went to Teddy Pickers for a work lunch yesterday and the French fries were so good I had to take my sons there today to try them. They're really crispy and yet still fluffy on the inside. The cheeseburger is gorgeous. I also tried the goddess salad (pictured, without the quinoa) and it was lovely. Huge serve! The service is extra friendly and accommodating. Really impressed - will definitely return.

Regular cafe fare done well

Had lunch. Short nice menu. Lots of breakfast stuff. Good lunch items. Had a great chicken burger (Panko crumbed fillet) with good chips. Super good coffee. Nice space. Can’t going wrong coming here.

Great little cafe, very good coffee, quick service and well managed for COVID etc. Friendly and helpful team. Very reasonable selection. Good WiFi as phone reception limited (Optus).

Amazing burgers

Fabulous breakfast here

Fabulous breakfast here. The coffee was delicious and the food was tasty and abundant in serving size. We visited on a Sunday morning and it was super busy so we had to wait for a table but it was worth it.

Great food!

Went here after a hike and the staff were super friendly, the food was lovely and the coffee was yum! It is a bit expensive, but it was still a nice lunch!

Nitro coffee

Tried the cold brew nitro coffee - see photo. They tell me it’s the nitrogen that gives it the head, just like a beer. Amazing flavours.

Good brunch

Came here for a work brunch. The food was very good, the coffee strong and delicious. Only problem was that there's no phone number so when you make a booking you do it by email. They took 3 days to reply which isn't good enough in my opinion. I was on the verge of cancelling when they finally replied. What cafe doesn't have a phone??
