Very friendly staff and good food! I would recommend to book it in advance. It is a local pub on a boat so very funky. We went there for dinner and the food was delicious and the great choice of beers. I would recommend it...More

I parked up my wee van near by and had a cracking night out in this barge inn bar the ale choices and quality were excellent and the food was ok I didn't do the chilli challenge but did have a taste of it !!...More

I only went to The Eagle Barge for drinks but got the pleasure of sitting outside on the top in the lovely Scottish sunshine. Drinks were reasonably priced and the bar staff were friendly. It's a nice little stop along Laggan Avenue.

Eleven of us visited here for drinks songs and merriment, it was fabulous the staff were cheery and helpful. The local ales were great, we didn't eat this time but have before and were not disappointed.

Found this barge whilst walking the Great Glen Way and it is brilliant! Staff are friendly and offer great service. We only stayed for drinks but everyone around us seemed happy with food too x

Hi - The Eagle Barge is very dog friendly - you can sit inside or out with your dog. When we went through in April there were days when the place was closed. Not sure what the opening hours are now though. Enjoy - it's a... More

When I was there there was outside seating and I'm sure the owners had a dog inside. But check opening times as I'm sure it is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday each week (might be different in the summer months). It's small... More
