The Brook continues to be my favourite pub to eat and drink. Every member of staff are friendly, welcoming and courteous. Every time we visit we get a fantastic service with a smile so a massive thanks to all of the staff, Egzona, Will, Dan, Serena...and...all of the other staff, sorry I don't know your names. The staff are also so honest, my friend gave an extra £20 note to Will by mistake (he misread the bill) and Will brought it straight back to our table. Thank you very much Will :)More

We often go to The Brook for a drink and sometimes have food. The staff are always really friendly, welcoming, polite and give a great service, always a nice atmosphere too. My wife is a vegetarian so we've both had the vegan burger which is...delicious. I would definitely recommend The Brook for food and drink. Also there is loads of outside space which is lovely in the nice weather.More

Visited with my mates. Nice alfresco area food was decent could have given more stars but no seasoning completely bland. Adding salt on top not the same as putting it while cooking. Service was good though.

Visited the brook and sat in the garden. It was a busy Tuesday dinner. The service and food was brilliant. I visited here a year or so ago and the garden has had some hard work done to it and is an enjoyable atmosphere. There...are good infection control measures in place for the current climate.More

Booked a table of 4 for Sunday. Had the roast lamb which was delicious. Reasonably priced, delicious food and great friendly staff. My new favourite pub! Thanks to the whole team

The Brook is a good local pub but our dinner experience was a bit average. Food was ok, choice of beers modest (run out of a couple...) while the service was efficient. Probably it didn't help that we went in covid time.

Eaten here a couple of times since lockdown has been lifted. Friendly staff whom keep to social distancing regulations. Plenty of space to feel comfortable in these worrying times. Food is fab, between us we have tried all the menu with no complaints and prices...are reasonable. Large beer garden for after dinner drinks is a bonusMore

I eat there on Thursday 5 th I had the special which was a delicious salmon fillet on a bed of new potatoes and asparagus in a lemon , garlic , prawn butter sauce. It was £ 14.95 and so tasty, the sweet I chose...was a banoffe sundae again it was so tasty at £6.00. The staff are very friendly and efficient the pub is beautifully decorated clean and lovely and warm. I wish I could give The Brook more than 5 stars because it is such a wonderful place, I live in Truro Cornwall I only wish we had a pub like The Brook in our city unfortunately we have nothing that comes up to their standard.More

Stumbled across this pub whilst visiting family in the area, and really enjoyed myself. Food was good! And staff are super friendly! Would highly recommend if you are in the area.

Hi. In the Evening children are allowed in the restaurant area. I’m afraid we only allow guide dogs.
