Not a destination but useful if you need a place in the vicinity for a short meeting or a snack. They make a decent cup of coffee and light breakfast or lunch

This place is essentially a neighborhood cafe. But the service is poor and the food is below average for such an establishment. The schnitzel was hard and the pasta portion was small (comparing to similar cafes).

Caramel coffee is a nice cafe in a quiet neighborhood in Ramat Ha'Sharon. Good food, good option for children (with a playground next door). However, although their website promise a lunch menu, they knew nothing about it in the restaurant. We got it finally after...complaining, but that's not the way it should work.More

OK. So I had a meeting with a close friend. She offered a pleasant place, a neighborhood coffee shop with excellent food  in Ramat Hasharon. The place is indeed a neighborhood coffee - restaurant and therefore must be excellent, otherwise it can not really depend on...repeated visits from residents nearby. The place itself is nice and welcoming, the food and coffee are good and can be said even above average. but! The service was sloppy, the waiters were a bit confused and the mistakes in serving were numerous. Having no choice, I had to be helped by those who were in charge of the coffee machines to get what we wanted. it was a good thing that the Barista was a professional and made the situation a little easier. According to the shift manager/owner of the place, waiters are new and therefore their functioning is faulty. I cant except with this answer. The duty of the owners and those responsible to instruct new waiters is to train skilled personnel and it is not possible that three new waiters will receive apprenticeships at the same time, especially since their basic training is almost nothing. At the recommendation of my friend, I will be back in a month or so. things may change and the problem can be temporary.More

It is the poorly managed restaurant I ever visited. A. We checked the menu on the internet. It showed vegan menu. We were disappointed to find there is none. B. The serving of dishes which have several component, was slow so parts of it were...cold by the time it all arrived. Once served, the food was quite good.More

Nice small and quiet spot in a nice neighborhood. The food can be better but I love the house salad that is really a full tasty meal. Fun to come back to a familiar welcoming place.
