I've been coming here for a few years and it's one of my favourite pubs in the UK. Their crab sandwich is the best anywhere (much better than another local pub that is supposedly famous for their crab sandwich). I will be going again tomorrow...More
A lovely walk along the superb beach and some bird watching followed by a pint brewed by The Ship and a freshly madeCrab Stotte make it an excellent and special occasion.Can get busy but worth a wait if you have to.

This pub is a gem, with fast changing range of beers all brewed on site to suit all tastes. Coffee and snacks available. The pub is clean and fresh and the service excellent. It makes apologies on a chalk board in the spotless clean toilets...More
We stayed in Low Newton for the second year, partly because of the excellent meals at this pub. Al food fresh, especially the crab, and well worth the aggro of having to book. Friendly staff helps to make this a most enjoyable experience.

This is worth the visit as it is like stepping back in time, after a long walk along the beach it's an ideal setting for a lunch.
