Service was fast and efficient especially for a Friday night. Staff didn't engage too much in conversation. Didn't mind that as hate the false chat but would have liked offer of something while waited for mains and check if more drinks wanted.

Waited to be seated for an hour, even though there was empty clean tables. Waited a good 25 minutes to have order taken. Food came fairly quickly, however was utterly rubbish, very oily and completely flavourless. Would not recommend at all.

Really friendly staff who dealt very effectively when food was delayed, complementary Prosecco was most welcome. Garlic bread was delicious and pizza and pasta tasty and good sized portions; we will be back - thankyou

Waited 10 minutes at the entrance to have all waiters totally ignore us along with the gathering of customers, we assumed they made a mistake with the kids going back to school so were under staffed, which is understandablely fine, but when you have waiters...More

Description
At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Less than 5 minutes from the nearest transport link, our Trafford Centre Zizzi is located right in the heart of the UK’s second largest shopping centre. The great thing about being in a shopping centre? Even when it’s raining outside, it’s dry in our “outdoor seating” area. Not to mention the ample parking provided by the centre. Our newest Manchester restaurant pulls its design ideas from the city’s roots as a centre of the cotton trade. The inspiration can be seen around the restaurant in the form of vintage thread and bobbin spools and cleverly recessed lights. It’s a lovely setting when you’re looking for a break from the busy shopping centre and if you decide to have a glass of wine or two, we won’t tell!
