We ate here on a very busy Saturday evening all the tables filled up extremely fast, not that it even phased the outstanding staff who were very attentive. Food arrived very quick and oh my god all I can say is AMAZING. We had a cajun chicken burger, a beef burger, lovely big homemade pizza, kids goujons and my favourite(that I didn't want to share) brie as a main course despite it being a starter option. Everyone loved their food. I try brie everywhere I see it on a menu and this was the best brie i have ever had really big size triangles and tasted divine. We will be back again very very soon price is very reasonable, food is outstanding, staff amazing and there is a great buzz around the place.

I absolutely love this pub and restaurant located in the heart of the village. It is a vibrant Inn frequented by locals and tourists alike. When I received gift vouchers, that could be used for food and drink, I was absolutely delighted. The young owners have certainly worked hard since taking over to make this a very popular venue. On this occasion I opted for a couple of pints of well kept Guinness as a starter which was well received. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful making for a great dining experience. Service was fast and efficient and food arrived in a timely manner served up with a smile. Homemade Lasagne was delicious and a generous portion size. Accompanied by chips, side salad, coleslaw and garlic bread. There is a good selection on the menu offered at value for money prices. Equally there is a good choice of wine and beers served from a well kept cellar. All the food leaving the kitchen appeared to be to a high standard. I am already planning my next visit. Any visit to the Island would not be complete without a visit here you won’t be disappointed.

Lovely family run pub, very friendly and welcoming! I’ve stayed here a few times. The first time we stayed it was winter so they weren’t serving food, but Aisling went out of her way to cook a little pasta dish for my nephew from her own home upstairs. Other times I’ve stayed the food and nibbles have been lovely, live bands and a great craic all the time. I’ll definitely be staying here the next time I visit from England!

A really nice restaurant to suit everyone both young and old, even my fussy eaters found something they adored! Pricing is so reasonable for the lovely wholesome food you get. We will definitely be returning!

This is the friendliest, most comfortable pub I experienced in time spent in Ireland that included stops in Dublin, Kilkenny, Cork, Dingle, and Valentia Island. Go off-season for a hyper-local crowd who will welcome you with a pint as you watch EPL on the TV hanging over the fireplace. Shoot a little pool on the table in the middle of the room. This spot is a great place for fantastic food at a decent price. Traditional irish menu with loads of options and good full portions. Staff are amazing and so friendly. Best of all- their chips are unreal!!
