Cow Corner is a fantastic place to relax. It has one of the loveliest settings in Patnem because it's garden overlooks fields where eagles swoop and cows munch away happily, away from the noise and traffic of the road. From the moment you enter by the little side gate you feel in another world. It's a place where you can read a book for hours, or try out the unique, healthy dishes on their menu, or listen to music on a Tuesday night, surrounded by wildlife and calm. I've tried a few of their dishes over the two seasons they've been open and everything they serve is fresh, well presented and totally delicious! Even the sweet potato wedges with dip are a treat. I used to do yoga here in the garden last year but am not s of the dishes so this in itself makes it a uniquely different place to dine....
You can buy locally made handicrafts made out of recycleable materials there too. The kitchen is immaculate and they've employed some of the best staff around. A real gem of a place....

I spent November and December in Patnem and came to this beautiful restaurant at least twice a week! Its a gorgeous space - hidden away behind a little gate, lush gardens and soft lighting await. I spent many an evening here by myself, curled up in a chair under the stars reading my book and eating the most delicious food. The menu is full of tasty staples, a mixture of classic Indian and European, and the specials board changes daily depending on the fishing boats. Service is gracious and humble - all the stuff are wonderful, but Jed deserves a mention all of his own - possibly the greatest guy ever! Brought a smile to my face and made me glad that I came back to Cow Corner every time.

Unassuming entrance to beautiful interiors of the restaurant. This place is known for its bakery items and fresh made food.
We had chorrizo pulao and it was absolutely perfect. Cheesecake was also good. Service was also perfect.
Must try when you are at Patnem for sure.

quiet and in a pretty garden, friendly staff and excellent cuisine, a little limited regarding Indian dishes. We loved the chicken masala with its parathas, the hummus with its little vegetables.
I recommend for a change from the beach restaurants, which are a bit touristy

This was once a real cow shed & at night the cows line the street outside, quite a site. It a shame the rubbish is left to build up on the street corner. The staff are good & the food is tasty, nice garden area for eating.

Good food, good music, live gigs. It gets crowded so make a reservation. Quite popular among travellers to this side of Goa.

Palolem is a beautiful place with a lot of beautiful places , restaurants and beaches. Today I would like to feature this very authentic simple yet elegent cafe called cow corner. The moment we reached, we saw a small gate, it almost felt like entering into a secret garden of Alice in wonderland land. I was so excited when I arrived over there. The scenary was breath taking and beautiful. We came here for lunch but they also offer breakfast and dinner so you can visit this place anytime of the day. Trust me, the menu is quite interesting and unique from the rest .Things we tried was
🌹sweet potato crisps- it was delicious and crispy . The dip along with crisps made it even more flavourful
🌹cheese mushroom Omelette- it was treat to my eyes. The presentation was so nice . The omelette was goey and soft from inside and fluffy from outside. It was served with toasted bread and salad. My personal favourite breakfast.
🌹Gulasch This dish was the show stealer. Goulash is a stew or soup of meat and vegetables usually seasoned with paprika and other spices. We had ordered pork gulash which was complimented with bread dumplings . It was just "wow" . Must must try .
🌹Pork patty sandwich- it was more like a burger than a sandwich. The patty was thick , juicy and very yummy. It was served with fried potato wedges. Overall very good. And last but not the least we had
🌹Farfalle and Goan sausage- this pasta dish looked delicious when it was served, topped with cheese and basil leaves. Quite colorful. The taste was tangy just like how Goan sausages are supposed to be..after eating
I also spent time looking at the pictures on the wall which caught my attention a few times. They were beautiful. You cannot get bored at this place. This place offers a lot more than just food like good music , jam night sessions, fun games and books as well. Special thanks to Mr. Avinash who hosted us. Very humble and friendly staff at cow corner. Looking forward to this place again.
