Last to last week end we go there with family early morning tent fired due to electric short circuit . With in 3 minutes whole tent melted . We lost our phone 📱 gadgets clothes Minimum 2.5 lakh rupees we lost . There have no...fire extinguisher . And management attitude are so terrible and unresponsive. Plz don't go there if you love your familyMore

We quite enjoyed our stay at Sultan Bagh. While slightly further away from town compared to other resorts, we like the peacefulness it brought. Service was amazing, from the restaurant to laundry. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to help, such as...being available early in the morning to provide us with coffee or tea before our safari and providing blankets for our cold ride into the park. The tents themselves were clean, with nice hot showers and soft blankets. We were given extra blankets for the winter night and did not find ourselves cold. One area for improvement, which was why we gave it 4 stars was the lack of WiFi in the tents. The lobby WiFi did work well so overall we still quite enjoyed our two nights there and would definitely recommend it.More

Stayed here for two nights as part of a package with Citrus holidays. Lovely tents with en-suite facilities and a nice area to st sit outside. Beautifully kept gardens with a fire pit for the evenings and a local musician playing some soothing music. There...is an unheated pool which is chilly due to the very cold nights. Also a table tennis table. The only reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars is because of the rather gloomy restaurant and the rather limited breakfast selection. This restaurant caters mainly for Indian vegetarian families, but there was always a non veg option for us. No drinks served here apart from beer which can only be consumed in the restaurant. Lovely friendly staff, and a peaceful location in the mayhem that is IndiaMore

Staying in the lovely tents of sultan Bagh was a great experience for me . Living in the fresh air far away from the busy city life was really helpful for me and my friends for recovering from the stress of exams. Manoj sharma in...restaurant and the GM brijpal Singh chauhan were great at their job.More

This is a excellent property with a very good staff from the time we arrived and we left especially Mr Mukesh Meena and Jitender.Mukesh is gem of a person with high level of service for his guests, something very rarely to be seen these days.. he...took excellent care of us since it was also our marriage anniversary with the kind of initiative for decoration ,special candle light dinner(he ensured it's served hot) ,room decoration and cake they arranged for in a very short time.I just had to tell them about the special occasion and just managed everything so creatively and hospitably.we were delighted ! Food spread is limited but very deliciously made by Chef Surrender Singh with vegetables grown within property.we recommend this property for its overall ambience and high quality of serviceability. Thanks once again for making our holiday special !! Had selected on trip advisor and checked in too. Next day tried other resorts too thinking it is a bit far away. But came back immediately as nothing is better than Sultan bagh for its ambience, services and hospitality. Would recommend to one and all.... Excellent place to stay. The food was excellent and was included in our stay package. The resort has lots of games like table tennis, badminton, snooker, volleyball. None of them are chargeable and racquets, etc are available. This is a true resort experience in my...opinion. The Tent experience is amazing, the tents are well maintained. Food buffet is amazing. The restaurant staff is attentive and their service is very good. There was a small folk show in the evening and magic show in the morning. Both were very good. Overall we had zero complaints from the stay and will recommend this resort very highly for people visiting Ranthambore. The managers arranged taxi for us to the Railway Station and the taxi was also very good. Extremely helpful and courteous staff and management. They put in every effort to make our stay smooth and plesant. Highly highly recommended!!More

We spent two nights in the luxurious tents set within the beautiful gardens of this small and incredibly friendly hotel. The tents are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The food, while not traditional and spicey was good. We left on early morning safaris and we...were met by one of the members of staff by torchlight and given tea before being wrapped in blankets to keep us warm in the jeep (you do need really warm clothes for safari). I was even lent binoculars by the manager. An excellent breakfast awaited when we returned. The hotel is situated within a very quiet area some distance from the national park zone gates but for us to return to such a delightful quiet and friendly base was much appreciated. Difficult to highlight one particular member of staff as all were great but Jitendra was particularly helpful especially when we thought we had lost a passport! (It was in a pocket).More

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Tents had everything we could need. Inclusive food provided in resort was delicious. They don't have a licence for alcohol but we're happy for us to supply our own at meals. Lovely candlelit dinners by pool but need...a bit more light! Pool was a welcome relief to daytime heat. Cultural dancers were fun and encouraged us to join in! Unfortunately we didn't see any tigers on our jeep safari but this was not the hotel's fault! Wifi worked well in lobby area.More

This property is beautiful with tents to stay. The tents are well made and provides all facilities. These tents reminded me of my stay in lake Nakuru in Africa. The whole place is green and has a beautiful garden full of pink and red roses and the weeping...bottle brush trees with brilliant red flowers. The resort is surrounded by the Aravali mountains. The staff are very very friendly and the service is excellent.Food is very good, the breakfast is quite elaborate. The resort has a swimming pool, table tennis table n badminton court. In the evening entertainment is provided by the locals. There is no television. The only thing to be modified is that the Rajwada tents should be carpetted as the wooden floor is a bit uneven with nuts and bolts protruding out a little and this may hurt your feet. The best part was that we got upgraded to a better tent, from rajwada to maharaja. Special thanks to all the staff Mukesh Meena, Mukesh Saini, Chandan, Lokesh and Ramesh who were very courteous and hospitable.More

The tends are really nice, nevertheless it could a little bit cleaner. The service is excellent and...all employees are so friendly. Foods in the resturant is also ok.More
