You get an excellent morning breakfast & coffee here. The place is well kept and service is very fast. The dosa is very good and you can also try the standard Pongal & Vada. But ensure, each item is hot. Good quality filter coffee.

Based on the recommendations of a professional driver on the way to Courtallam falls we visited this place for breakfast. The best ever vegetarian breakfast we ever had, my wife and also both of my sons enjoyed thoroughly. Don't look for a modern setting. It's...like an old dilapidated house and food is served with naked hands. Still this I would rate as the best as i would assume cleanliness is taken care in some form or the other. You name a south Indian breakfast item you will find it here Hot, Tasty, and Freshly cooked. It's packed always, no one will get you a seat, you have to take care on your own. These are small irritants but anyday I would rate this as a best place for breakfast!More

Beware Parking scam near Andal Temple : Few guys roam with yellow colour and rose colour parking slips asking you to pay Rs.50 as parking token/ticket when you stop your car on streets close to temple , plz beware they are frauds , only buy...tickets when they alot you parking on govt approved parking lot , they cant auction street parking , streets are already public property from people's tax . Collecting money from tourists for just parking on streets is illegal and against law, If they behave unprofessionally, please take a video,if they talk harsh, please complain to nearby media/police . these guys are cheaters , In a day minimun 300 cars will be parked on streets close by temple by tourists, though it just a matter of Rs.50 per day percar, if you truly calculate Rs.50*300 cars=Rs.15000 earned for street parking per day just by printing parking tokenslip bunch for Rs.100 , they do not pay any tax to state /central govt with the earned amount as there is no real audit on those slips, even date is not printed in the slip . please dont encourage such activities and get cheated as an educated tourist. Instead alm/donate that Rs.50 to beggers around there who really suffer for daily food . Food was simple, good, and homely. Lunch time is too crowded, so always opt for an early lunch here. We need to throw the banana leaves ourselves into bins after eating. Never to miss an opportunity to eat here.
