Food, Hospitality and the Ambiance in the restaurant were extraordinary! We had a Delicious food. Cleanlyness is Good. Hearty Thanks to Tamil for a wonderful Birthday cake.
A special thanks to all the chef
Susindran, Bala, Elango, Keerthi, Sindhal, Kesav, Sudhakar Kishore and Executive chef Shakir John, who prepared the delicious food in our Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Ms. Varshini's Hospitality was too good.
Mr.Armstrong , who took care in all our restaurant services with smile and lot of Patience.
We also thank John,Altrin,Pradeep,Anish.
We were welcomed warmly by Mr. Vallikannu and
Mr.Prakash, Mr. Parthiban, Mr. Dinesh deserves a special Heartfelt Thanks for all.

We had a great time during our candle light dinner...Deepak had hosted it beautifully..Ambience was great & they also incorporated our food preference in menu..Chef Arul had provided us with lip smacking food... Overall a great experience & would highly recommend it..

We have visited with family. The ambience is very good with well maintained rooms. Good place to spend vacations with family. The food n restaurant ambience is very nice. Our special mention to the staffs Ms.Revathi, Mr.Nataraj and Mr.Shiva who attended us in the restaurant. They took care of our dining needs in a very pleasant way which made our stay more comfortable. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends too.

The Palm Restaurent Pollachi had various menu we really enjoyed each and every meal during our stay at @Coco lagoon Pollachi.
I would recommend everyone to have a Good Feast at the Restaurent and also view from the Restaurent was cool..
Most satisfying thing was their Hospitality and service.. Thank you Revathy for making our each meal Comfortable and Cool.. Thank u Palm team 🤝👏👏

Thanks for making our days more memorable . I come with my wife for 1week to enjoy our honeymoon. Their service was amazing and the staffs was very friendly . They prepared different varieties of food and that all was very tasty.

I stay in a different city and I wanted to surprise my parents for their anniversary and arranged for a day time package with lunch buffet at Coco Lagoon . Mr. Deepak Kumar helped me a lot by coordinating and arranging and he answered all of queries patiently. My parents loved the place and the ambience. And the food was great. The food at the Palm restaurant at Great Mount by Coco Lagoon was absolutely exceptional. Left me wanting for more. This coupled with the great atmosphere at the restaurant and the amazing service given by the staff namely, Me Deepak and Me Diva, especially topped of my experience. Definitely recommend if one is looking forward to have a great dining experience in Pollachi.

1. Staff were extremely attentive and customer courtesy . especially Deepak he is the hero of that place

Really a authentic food. There is lot of items to choose in veg ad well as in non veg.Taste is awesome and yummy, specially idly with kara chutney served for breakfast.
No words are there to say about the hospitality which they were rendered during our stay.
Particularly staffs Revathy, Sabari and Aneesh.

Nice place to relax. Loved the food taste. Very friendly atmosphere. All the staff members gave us a family feel. I tried pineapple salad which I haven’t tried before anywhere that was really yummy. Then I tried pineapple kababe wow that was awesome for the first time I tried it really superb. Buffet was filled with lot of items really taste good. Our family planned a trip for new year. Out of many options we selected coco lagoon. We didn't know anything about this place. But we were all thrilled and happy to be here. It's an awesome place for family and friends to visit. Such a lovely place with good service. We all were happy with the staffs who attended us. Especially Radhika, Shiva and Nataraj. They were of excellent service and well mannered. They made us feel more privileged and honored. Special thanks to them. All together it was an awesome experience.
