Reviewed yesterday NEW

What a great find, super staff and a great choice, well worth a visit. I had the Monkfish cataplana, it's like a fish drew but really really tasty. The atmosphere is great and it's a little back from the marina so a lot cheaper

We had a lovely dinner here after this restaurant was recommended to us when we were walking round the marina. Set back behind a walled garden, we probably wouldn't have come across it without being shown the way. We were given a complementary drink as well as warm bread, sardine pate, carrots and olives as well as flame grilled chorizo.... More

We did a little wonder just outside the marina and after checking out a few places we stopped in here. We had a little one with us and the chap was great with him and parked the pram for us too. The food was really good for all of us, steak on hot stone was cracking! We got a lovely... More

We were out late on a Sunday evening and happened upon this place in the streets behind the marina. Very busy. Great kebabs, steaks. Fillet steak on hot stone to die for. Very reasonable too. Speedy and pleasant service.

The bread served with sardine pate and carrots with olives and garlic are hard to resist, but leave room for the complimentary sausages served in a terracotta boat, flaming and delicious. Choose anything from the varied menu. The hot stone fillet steak is hard to resist

We went here for a meal with my 3 year old son. Very welcoming. Staff very friendly with my son. The food was lovely and reasonably priced. Everyone gets an 'offer' of free on fire Chorizo which my son thought was very exciting and tasted lovely. We didn't need a highchair but I noticed several Ikea ones and they all... More

The place is a nice little quirky place amongst a array of other restaurants, the staff are pleasant and you are given nice warm bread, garlic carrots and a flames sausage on the table, the piri piri chicken was nice enough put wasn't typically authentic and also given loads of fried potatoes and you are given the sauce separate, overall... Gave this one a go on the recommendations from other Trip Advisor peeps as our usual place along the way was closed on a Sunday. The flaming chirozo sausages shown in the photo were an interesting change to accompany the bread and butter offered - handle with care. We sampled the Monk fish and prawn kebab and Portuguese stew -... More

We ate here twice on our recent trip. This place always delivers good food at great value. The Chateaubriand and steaks are always fantastic. Delivered medium rare to the table - a hot stone allows you to cook to your liking. The wine is also very well priced and brandy or port is always provided by the restaurant at the... More
