We were seated upstairs, and we thought that the service would be slow. But on the contrary, the staff was very efficient and kind. The cassoulet was excellent.

Fun place, great food and atmosphere. Happy and efficient staff, always a good sign. Recommended by Helga and John of Les Sapiens (B & B).

The restaurant is one of the little alleys of Foix, has seats outside and inside, with a top floor room, less crowded still very nice. Good service and a choice of local specialties. Prices are medium and there are set menus as a carte to choose from. All in all it is a very good place for lunch or an... More

We enjoyed great service and wonderful food at this restaurant tonight. Initially we headed to another restaurant, but seeing it empty, strengthened our resolve to see if we could get a table here (and we did, upstairs) and we are very glad we did. You want to be nimble on your feet for the upstairs section - the steps are... More

The food was ok. The service impatient, impersonal and hurried. It was the least pleasant experience I have had in a French restaurant for ages. I would not return. My friends thought the food was ok. They unapologetically ran out of frites so the kids were disappointed.

In general: - service would be ok if it takes less time - cooking was unsatisfactory - atmosphere was ok yet rather dull In details: I felt a bit sick in the morning before visit and asked for something dietetic for easy digestion. They suggested duck. My girl picked a salad and a glass of wine. The salad was ok... More

We had a great meal here whilst on holiday in the area. Both starters and mains were very good. We enjoyed dishes such as meat salads, confit de canard, steak and cassoulet, followed by a chocolate tart for pudding. Would recommend - €16.90 for the menu including the confit de canard and the dessert du jour (chocolate tart).

We were recommended to have dinner at this restaurant by our hosts, who also booked a table for us. We were satisfied with our dinner, and enjoyed eating on this small street in the centre of Foix. This restaurant seems to be very popular both with tourists and locals, so it is advisable to book a table. Service was fast... More

Great street atmosphere in this small cozy restaurant. Super friendly staff and very good choice of local specialty dishes. Very reasonable prices on food and wines. Great desserts. Be careful about the map location given on tripadvisor. It is wrong as the restaurant is in city centre and not along the river as indicated on the map.
