This is a very quaint and relaxing place in Big Pond. The food is great. Staff is pleasant. Definitely worth the stop

We really loved this little place. It has heartwarming memories of Rita and her career. Good food and really nice and helpful staff. The little building has a lot of history on its own and should not be missed when in the neighbourhood.

hi my daughter and I are planning a visit to Cape Breton, and especially wanted to visit Rita's tea house. my daughter would also like to see puffins and whales. Coming in from Winnipeg, we are not sure how to actually accomplish this as we can not find advice regarding getting around. thanks for any help, t.
