Per other reviews, I went to Seyyah Han to try their slow-cooked lamb. It definitely lived up to the hype. You can order several cuts; the waiter recommended either the shank or the neck. I ordered the shank and it just melted off the bone....More

The couple that own this restaurant are unbelievably friendly and professional. We had the mixed meze starters and the lamb shank and beef rib as mains. All the dishes were of the highest quality, succulent, rich, fresh and that lamb just fell off the bone....More

We visit Capadoccia in December and the only place opened at dinner and walking distance from our hotel was Seyyah Han. The service was great, the lamb excelent and the place with the bornfire very cozy and warm.
