My wife had lasagne and I had ham egg and chips, not adventurous I know but it was well cooked and only cost £3.25 each! The staff were lovely and had a good amount of humour.

We was hesitant about visiting the Three Crutches as prior to the new owners taking over we had a really bad experience! We entered the building and was taken to our table where we had two young waitresses looking after us ! They were pleasant...and attentive the whole evening! The food was delicious and all four of us could not find fault at all ! It was presented beautifully and was cooked to perfection ! On our experience I would highly recommend!More

I ordered vegetarian chill, another in our party had meaty chilli. When mine arrived it had no beans, all it had in it was onions, courgette and tomato puree and some chilli powder, to make it spicy. On questioning the waitress she asked would I...like them to bring me some beans , yes please I said, she came back to say the dont put beans in the vegetarian option! My advice is dont go for the veggie options on their menu. I told them that the meal was very disappointing, the response was shrug of the shoulders. Won't be going there any time soon.More

Chose this pub to have lunch with a friend in the garden. Service was good from two young polite, smiley waitresses. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Great social distancing and felt very comfortable there. We would definitely recommend and return.

Food was good, beer garden was nice, could do with new glassware and to be honest I can understand being charged up front for my meal but being approached and asked if I'm finished yet twice per course when I'm halfway through chewing a mouthful...of the food I've only just received, and with the mains I'd not even touched my sides yet so it kind of goes without saying that I'm not ready yet. Considering it was virtually empty, felt a bit like they were eager to turn my table as soon as physically possible.More

Lived in the area for years but never knew this pub/restaurant existed, oops! We combined eating with a 6 mile walk, we were warmly welcomed even in our gym gear. The staff were chatty and friendly. The food was really nice and good portion size...(something that is rare these days). I would definitely visit again and recommend to friends.More

The service was sooooo slow. We arrived at 1pm and by 2.40pm we still hadn’t received our desserts so we left. Very disappointing. Will not go there again. It’s a shame as the food we had was very good.
