Beautiful views with good service but below average food. Looked like food had been reheated in a microwave before serving. Not very good options for vegetarians .

The food was clearly not cooked fresh on site and is just microwaved when ordered. I think this is not acceptable and is just due to having a lazy chef. The building is in need of a refurbishment inside and out. Friendly staff though. Won't be going back again.

Our latest visit left us hugely disenchanted. Gold cup week in Cheltenham and we wanted a snack. 3pm on the wednesday we arrived .The place was filthy ,bags of litter at the entrance ,ashtrays overflowing and toilets that hadnt seen a clean for months! Arriving having walked in from the car park side via the Cleeve it wasn't obvious where to go to get to the bar area. Found the bar and order 2 teas once the bar lady had noticed our presence.
