Stopped here on the way to Galway. We liked the atmosphere and my friend loved trying the local Doolin 's Red. We had the mussels, burgers and chicken sand. They were all tasty and presented nicely. The place wasn't overly busy the day we were there and there was no musicians playing. We were starving after having incurred car trouble... More

We stopped in here on our way to the Cliffs of Mohr. We had a table by the fireplace and it was cozy. We traveled in the off-season so every opportunity to sit by a fire was great. The food was tasty and portions were large. As usual, the beer was great!

On our way back to Dublin from the Cliffs of Moher, we stopped at this place for an Irish coffee. Great ambiance in the small town of Doolin, the restaurant was very friendly.

Delicious food, good service, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere pretty much sums up this establishment. Will not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to friends, family and colleagues.

We stopped here for a short lunch before leaving to Cliffs of Moher. The position is lucky since it's on the road to Cliffs and is good for who's headed there or just back and want to have a break before travelling home. Food is served as self service and it's overpriced for my tastes, though there's a good selection... More

I ordered the crock of mussels, I had no idea they were going to bring me so many, it was great. My wife had hake, then we had their knickerbocker glory for dessert, awesome decision. And there was a wedding reception in another room, so we could hear the music while we ate.

The food is fantastic. Gorgeous home made bread. Nothing veggie on the menu but I have no doubt they'd have made something delicious if you asked!! It's cosy in the main bar with a great fire. Of course the Guinness is perfect and they make perfect Irish coffees (came with a scrummy homemade cookie) We listened to a guy singing... More
