One of few western food places in Jakar/Bumthang, near the bridge, close to the airport and the dzong

...there are a few pizza places in Bumthang. We settled on Himalayan following a local vendors recommendation but not before we visited 3 pizza places (we had time on our hands and we wanted meat). Unfortunately, none of the pizza vendors had any so we...returned to Himalayan because they estimated they could make our pizzas in 15 minutes. They were pretty close and we just wanted something other than garlic chicken for dinner. It was a little greasy but they were generous with the cheese and the service was friendly. If you're not expecting much from this dining experience, you'll probably be satisfied.More

Nothing Special about this place, thou if you are craving for Pizza then you can step in which in my opinion is okiesh, Just next lane from main mkt this place is located and run by lovely couple cheese pizza is very ok as it...is not very cheesy and price is little to high. But one can have pizza with local beer ( i mean local mean local brew of Jakar and not Bhutan).More
