Hello people,
Shreyansh Singhvi, the owner is one person because of whom nobody should visit this restaurant. A shrude, arrogant, abusive and ill-mannered person who does not know how to talk to his customers. We were a family of 21 who had booked a half...day outing with them including pool, rain dance, hi-tea and dinner @ 700/- per person. pool was dirty like hell and after telling them that we would not be able to use it and to refund our advance back their supervisor denied mentioning they have made the preparations. however the pool (if clean) and rain dance is a very good experience there. Hi-tea had mix veg pakoda and fries along with tea/coffee which was very good. The blunder was in our dinner where it was not pathetic but much more then that. The raita was stinking, two different veggies had same gravy which made difficult for us to differentiate, pathetic service as chapati did not come even after 20 mins of veggies being served, me and my aunt was serving water on our own and many many more. Shreyansh's arrogance was cherry on the cake as he abused me personally by saying that " I AM A SERVANT OF MARRIOTT", as I was telling him that since I work at Marriott I know how a food should be. I am a hard core hotelier with 12 years of experience in brands like Starwood, Taj and Marriot and inspite of this he had the guts to say this. I am sure his parents would be repenting on his attitude who does not know how to talk to customers. Our family is a big industrialist in jodhpur and inspite of that Shreyansh Singhvi's attitude and arrogance was on cloud 9. He at all moment was not ready to accept that food is bad and mentioned that inspite of being bad we consumed so many portions. On explaining him that we are foodies and have almost visited all restaurants in jodhpur, he was still not ready to accept his mistake and was constantly abusive and loud to my family members which even included ladies. Shocking person residing in a city which follows a culture of "ATHITHI DEVO BHAVA". I would suggest to dine on a dhaba rather then dining at a place where the owner does not respects his customers. I wish one day he should be treated the same way he treated us so that he will understand that what a customer feels when he pays Rs. 700/- and inspite of that receives such abusive and ill-mannered behaviour from the owner. Pathetic place with a hopeless and highly ill-mannered owner. I have all the regards for Shreyansh father but for Shreyansh.....people please don't even look at him. What has happened to us should not happen with anyone else and Shreyansh should be punished for this, with this hope our family is writing this review.More
