Great Italian restaurant, have ate there many times as a couple, with friends and with the kids........good choice, reasonably priced and great food! They have no license but allow you to bring in your own wine which is great. Their takeaway menu and food is excellent too!

Lovely restaurant. We read about the license so went to Aldi before to get our wine! But they had a proper ice wrap to cool it down. Food was served quickly and was delicious would thoroughly recommend!

This was my first time eating here in about a year and sadly I was abit let down. We booked ahead for a table of 7 and when we got there on time the waitress had to adjust afew tables and sort out seats even though the restuarant was very quite, it looked unprofessional and should have been done before... I had the bolognese. It was delicious, very traditional, nice pasta, of course if you want tagletelli you can have it! I had the bruschetta as well, delicious bread. Tuscan and it must be prepared inhouse it was so fresh. Nice, friendly staff, and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending and very happy to return as the pizza looked... More

In August 2016 two of us had a lovely three course meal for 44 euro for the two of us in the Galileo Cafe.It should be noted that the establishment describes itself a a cafe and tries to balance serving high quality food with being a pizzeria, juice bar, etc., Cahir is a small own with limited clientele, and apparently... The staff were welcoming and the service was good. The menu was standard Italian café fare, nothing exciting but rather typical pizzeria-type meals. It was very busy with locals which is always a good sign and we enjoyed what we ordered.

I visit this restaurant regularly and the quality of the food is always top notch, I have never had a bad meal here and i have tried most of the things on the menu. The servers are all very polite and helpful and the food is very quick out of the kitchen. For the food you receive the prices are... More

Lovely Italian food. Really enjoyed the fresh fruit drinks. Reasonably priced. Seating is a tad squished and the table was oddly sticky, think we just unfortunately got an old table at the door.
