Lovely homecooked lunches and the dessert/puddings were gorgeous. Very reasonably priced and good quck service. Obviously popular with the locals as the restaurant was busy Good atmosphere

Cheap enough... nothing to write home about...just basic food... simple...no airs graces or anything else

I have to mention the visit i had today at your restuarant. I was very disappointed. I took my 2 kids in for food (10yr old & 2 yr old) the waitress was so rude. She walked over and through menus on the table and came back over and said "what do You's want" we ordered our food and handed... More

Called in today at around 3.30 on Sunday and the place was heaving...packed....but Sean seated us straight away...have to say that we eat here regularly as the food and service is always excellent but today was just fabulous...we both ordered Turkey and ham....it came served with tonnes of veg and was absolutely delicious...fab good,fab service...love this place....5* 👍

It's 'An Odds On Favourite' that you'll find the Jockey a 'Certain Winner' when it comes to food, drink and atmosphere. We called lunchtime monday for a bite to eat and as usual it was superb. We went here after been refused in the Windsor Bar and Restaurant. Their loss was our gain. This was down as our second choice going by the reviews. MAKE IT your First choice. Great food, great value and lovely friendly service. trad session on at 10pm good crack.Definitely be back.

My first ever time in the Jockeys was for a lunch recently on a Saturday. The front bar was completely full which I took as a good sign and it was a nice inviting cosy atmosphere. We are a family run business in the heart of Dundalk. We offer a selection of homecooked meals in a friendly, warm atmosphere. we are a short walk from the town center and provide live music every weekend and are beside most of the bed and breakfasts in the town.
