Excellent fish and chips for take out in Howth, right near the pier. No need to try anywhere else. On a nice day, you can eat in the park across the street or out on the east pier.

We were in Howth so we decided to try Beshoffs since they started there. I regret passing up the Leo Burdock's down the street. Good selection of fish and offerings (they were out of chowder when we went), but the batter easily came of the fish. They also put the vinegar on for you, so you cannot control how much... More

Beshoffs to us means good fish n chips, its been part of Dublin and Howth for generations, we got scampi n chips each and tarter sauce and enjoy it everytime, its not our first and wont be our last, freshly made quick and tasty, always enjoy

Famous for the whole range of food, fish, chips, chicken & excellent service with a really quick turnaround. You will never be disappointed. The staff are always friendly & very helpful despite all of the pressure that they are under.

Really good and tasty fish and chips. It's just a little bit busy at weekends, you'll have wait around 30 minutes, but worth it.

Love the scampi and chips. Dunno how they manage to make the batter so light and crisp and just perfect. The chips are always first class too. Regular visitors.

We often eat here when walking in Howth harbour area. Always busy and popular. Worth the wait as the fresh fish is great.

The best cod fish and chips i've ever eaten. Even is a "fast food" restaurant, the food is very tasty.

Not much to say. This is, as us Dubs would say a "chipper". That's fish and chips fast food outlet in non Dublin slang. But a top notch chipper. One of the oldest family run businesses on the city. The shop in city centre is legendary. But the Howth version does not disappoint - try the scampi and chips drenched... More
