Chefs managed to cook some of the best Indian food I have had in a long time although the gentlemen who appeared to be the boss was one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered.

The Marsala provides very good quality food and drink in a pleasant setting in the heart of the village. Takeaways are popular , I have experienced both the restaurant and takeaway and recommend both . Fair prices but not cheap obviously. Quite a quick service when ordering most times too. A good selection of dishes on offer and helpful advise... More

We had a takeaway for five and everyone enjoyed it. It was the best curry I have had in some time. They also put in two free beers and chutneys etc. My vegetable curry was hot and spicy with the taste of each well cooked vegetable coming through, delicious!

I and my wife went for a meal after getting recommendation by one of our close friend. We were taken by a miserable blonde girl. Papadoms and drinks arrived quickly. I asked the girl, can you recommend something medium for my wife? Instead of replying she just ignored me, even though the restaurant was not full of customers!!! Then a... More

We ate here one evening whilst staying at the Bull Hotel. The premises were clean and the quality of the food and friendliness of the staff were both of a high standard we will visit again when we return

Have tried other Indians in the area but this is by far the best!!! Pricing is always similar ,service is not rushed but very attentive, food is always cooked to perfection and if you want a slight variation on a meal they will always accommodate. Authentic Indian draught beer, perfect! The table settings are pristine with bright white linen. Feels... More

Have dined here many times as a couple & with a group of friends. Always a friendly atmosphere & great food & service. If we don't fancy eating out but want a takeaway instead then we come here also. Food always ready on time & still hot when we got home.

We have eaten here often as a couple, with friends and have been with a large group, every time the food and service have been excellent even when the restaurant has been very busy. The building itself is charming, with exposed old beams and large windows, the decor is clean and minimal but fitting with the older features. I highly... More
