Would recommend this delightful place and town to have tea and an original Bakewell tart! Not one of those u get at Tesco's 😉 the original Bakewell tart is so much better! Town itself is a lovely stroll about

Typical tourist shop highly priced. I was a bit disappointing with the famous Bakewell Pudding and Tart.

Called in today as I wanted to take home a “ proper” Bakewell tart form-my grandson.what a choice. There are sweet and savoury pies pasties to choose from and the staff kept my purchases safe for me till I was readyto come home,

One of the worst lattes I’ve ever had. Otherwise... meh. Had a couple of puddings, and they were okay.

Nothing very special here, had nicer Bakewell tarts elsewhere (although portion was enormous!) and not a particularly special place to sit compared to other tea rooms in the Peak District.

Great traditional bakewell puddings and tarts . Good for coffee and a bakewell pud . Good to bring friends and visitors . Have been going for many years highly recommend
