M&S is good for clothes and shopping. For coffee and snacks they are good but expensive. Their scones have to be the smallest around. We got better value earlier in our visit in Costa.

Just visited on a Sunday afternoon well before closing time. No Steak and Ale pie, no Afternoon Tea available. A truly terrible M & S cafe which needs a complete overall of staff and management.

Popped in for a cup of tea with a family member. Fifteen minutes to get two teas. Counted at least fifteen tables covered in dirty crockery. Terrible.

I will definitely return because the food is really good, although the ketchup is unbranded and rather tasteless. The people serving are just unfriendly, and need to perk up!

I couldn't tell you as I have never asked, but you know what they say,"if you don't ask you don't get".The m+s I reviewed is in co.Down, northern Ireland so all cafes do things differently.hope this helps.have a nice day.
